A few months ago during the premiere of Due Date, I met a teenaged girl who said “I love you Robert! Will you marry me?”
I held up my hand, pointed to my wedding ring and said “I’m happily married and I’m too old for you. Sorry, kid.”
“We’re both alive, right?” she asked. I said yes.
“Then there’s still hope.” She winked and I couldn’t help but laugh.
Dude, that determination is pretty admirable.
